Bronze Design aims for complete customer satisfaction.
If you wish to return a product, please read the following conditions carefully.

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery date.

After 14 days, returns cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the product:

• has not been used

• is in excellent condition

• has no damage or signs of wear

• is returned in original packaging

• includes all documentation

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

According to EU law & our internal policy, NO returns are accepted on:

• custom orders

• bespoke constructions

• modified dimensions

• special coatings & finishes

• personalized products

• professional B2B orders

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer,

EXCEPT if:

• the product is defective, or

• the wrong product was delivered.

5. Return Procedure

1. Customer contacts company

2. Return request is submitted

3. Product is inspected

4. Approval or rejection issued

5. Refund or store credit processed

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed:

• through original payment method

• within 7–14 business days

• after product inspection

For B2B invoices, a credit invoice is issued.

7. Defective Products

In case of defective goods:

Customer must notify within 48 hours
and provide documentation.

After confirmation:

• replacement OR

• refund is granted.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation is possible ONLY if:

• order has not entered production

• no customization has begun

• item has not shipped

Custom orders cannot be canceled.
